Kirk came to my house and was very respectful and thorough. He does great work and I was happy to hear he also takes care of a few of my neighbors. I am happy to have him back for routine maintenance.

We needed a sweep and parts replaced. Sweep was done in the summer. There was a delay in getting the certain stove replacement parts from the manufacturer. Tara and Kim kept us updated on the situation and fit us into the schedule once the parts arrived. Kirk was conscientious of our home and was also friendly with our 4 dogs. Will use them again next spring/summer.
