Jamie said that it just was not acceptable that I couldn’t read with them. She had me look through them and discovered that the reading part was not high enough for me so that’s why it never focused correctly. All these years I’ve had to take off my glasses every time I read a book or I looked at my music. (and I sing a lot) Jamie is also very friendly and courteous. I’m so glad she works at this office.. “I had a very pleasant visit to the eye institute. I went in for my annual eye exam. It began with the first step to check the eyes out. This and the subsequent test were done by tech, Hailey. She was thorough and very pleasant when she finished her part, Dr Yang came in for the
Main exam. She is so pleasant and an excellent eye surgeon. I highly respect her and the staff at the eye care institute.“

“I've been going here for years and years now. Well not here exactly this is a new building and there is a new owner now but my same eye doctor Dr Fitzpatrick is still there.This new office seems bigger than the old office and seems to have a bit more of a selection of glasses. I always get my glasses here but they are a little more expensive than say Costco. They have more modern equipment which is nice. They upgraded the puff of air machine to something much less bothersome to the eyes.The parking is small but I've never had an issue finding a spot.Everyone here seems to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I really don't have anything bad to say about this eye Dr office, I guess that's why I've been going for over 7 years now.“

In the past this place seemed to make you feel crappy about having medi-cal and the receptionists were rude but not the case anymore! 😁“
