I cannot say enough great things about this company and Rafael. The crew Luis, Damien and Joe removed a 30+ year old furnace and A/C, worked tirelessly to put in an amazing new dual unit, upgrade my breaker, correct the improper wiring originally placed, upgraded all the registers, added a new duct for better airflow, and new nest thermostat. Their honesty and integrity is unsurpassed. The quality of their work is impeccable. The crew was polite, respectful and very conscientious about maintaining a clean work environment. The attention to detail was amazing!! I was given a more than fair price and the quality of the work done was incredible. They explained everything at every step of the way. Helped me to set up my Google nest thermostat and made sure my family and I understood how to use it. Rafael personally drove to 3 different suppliers, in 3 counties to ensure I got just the right unit for my needs. This company is flawless! I received a quote from a local company that was going to give me a “good deal” which consisted of charging me three times as much for less! If you are considering new units or repairs, call GOOD AC AND HEAT, you won’t be sorry!!
These guys are fabulous! We needed both a new air conditioner unit and heater. The crew was very kind, respectful, quiet, quick, honest, and very friendly! They split the work between two days for all of the work for us. They even took the time to help show us the new Nest thermostats, how to use them, AND how to use the google home app! They checked their work multiple times to ensure it was done well and satisfactory. They kept the house clean during the work, and cleaned up any messes made before their departure. Hands down, best crew that has ever worked on the house and I would definitely use them for any further AC and heater questions/upgrades/repairs/etc etc. To Rafael, Luis, Damian, Joe, and everyone else: Thank you so so much!!
