I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was about to look through their frames. Quick and easy eye testing and recommendations, and then was able to pick out a nice pair that should arrive in a few weeks. When they called me to pick up the lenses, everything was EXCELLENT. For the prescription change, they also gave me a small refund to my debit card (something unexpected).
