“I can't recommend this office enough. I'd previously been here for glasses, but decided I wanted to finally try contacts. Dr. Hoek and his staff work hard to ensure you're comfortable and satisfied with what you're going home with. Heather sat with me patiently for like an hour, helping me figure out how to get these things in my eyes LOL. I had to come back a few times and tried many, many samples (my fault, not theirs - I have weird eyes) to find the most comfortable and clear option. But Dr. Hoek always had suggestions at the ready, options to try, and he kept working until we got what was perfect for me! I confidently believe that I would not have gotten such care anywhere else. The whole staff is wonderful to work with, I will not go anywhere else!“

I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was about to look through their frames. Quick and easy eye testing and recommendations, and then was able to pick out a nice pair that should arrive in a few weeks. “My 5 YO son is on the spectrum, so going to new places and new doctors is always nerve wrecking. However, everyone here was friendly and patient - bonus they have bilingual staff. They have TVs in the waiting area, so my son was entertained. My son had a meltdown during the eye exam, but again, the staff was patient and understanding. Dr. Roubach was super friendly and even spoke a bit of spanish. The Dr. took the time to explain everything, and answered our questions, we didn't feel rushed. When we were leaving, my kiddo and little brother got souvenir glasses and left happy.“
