I had my reservations on posting a review since I did not want to compete for future appointments at this office/clinic, but I had to put my selfishness aside. In my book, this is the #1 optometrist place in the central valley and bay area. The location, the office, the inventory, the optometrist and the staff are exceptional. The staff's attention to detail and care made my family feel special. Wife's lenses had to be adjusted 3 times and they were so patient. This business represents what any other business should strive to be. My family and I can't thank you enough for the service and super care. From talking on the phone to picking up my prescription glasses, the customer service was fenomenal! The beautiful ladies at reception are very welcoming and extremely helpful. It was my very first time getting glasses and they made it very smooth and easy. Bianca made me feel very comfortable and was a great help when choosing my frames. Overall, I give this place a 10/10 and highly recommend.
