Dr Spencer is Good! A+ in every category. I saw him at Chelsea St location this visit. Ridgecrest CAWhen I have labs done at Chelsea St location I rarely get a call back from this office whether the test results were okay or bad. If I have an abnormal lab result I believe the medical staff should inform me.The woman who works the front counter is amazing!!! I would love to have her teach me how she does it! A+ I noticed while watching her work she called us patients or clients by name - she was fast and accurate, while the room was fairly busy!A+

Staff was friendly. Especially the first time I came in the front desk lady was so nice. I was in a lot of pain and she was very helpful to get me in as quick as possible. I was on an antibiotic and it worked out good for the appointment I’d be getting.Day of extraction, the dental assistant got me in the room quick and the dentist came in shortly after. It was the first time in my dental history that my tooth was fully numb! I have very high anxiety visiting dentists and this was the best experience I ever had! He got my root out so fast and the tooth was completely gone and there was nothing to grab, I couldn’t believe it! I would highly recommend!
