I was in Bella Sera for 3 months recovering from complete shoulder replacement surgery and it was great. The food was good, the CNAs are competent and courteous, transportation got me to all my appointments, and the office staff was good with explaining things to me. If you're looking for good quality care, I recommend Bella Sera.
THEY HAVE ME WALKING IN 6MONTHS AFTER EYEARS BEDRIDDEN. THE CNAS LVNS RNS AND ACTIVITIES PERSONELLE ARE STELLAR. THE KITCHEN CREW WORKS WELL WITH MY FOOD CHOICES. JUST STAY IN TOUCH WITH YOUR LOVED ONES CARE THERE ARE ISSUES NEEDING IMPROVEMENT LIKE ANY FACILITY.
Believe me when I tell you that this facility cares for their residence, They have many great nurses, nurses aids, house keepers, ladies in the activity center, PT,OT, The DSD, the DON including people from the kitchen. This place has changed in many ways. This facility is here to help anyone that needs the help. My husband recently was station here and to me it was a culture shock in the beginning but I have to tell you everyone here is amazing. I highly recommend this facility
