My aunt’s heater broke and when my mom called in for service, Monica was incredibly responsive and flexible with finding a time for us to be serviced today. Jimy and Wayne were friendly and thorough detailing the problem and will be back out to finish the repair when parts come in. Outstanding customer service offering to loan us portable heaters free of charge.
