James in the office was very helpful. However, it took a long time to get to the plot—the directions provided by others in the office weren’t very clear. Then I remembered how confusing it used to be years ago. It’s still extremely confusing, and I really feel there has to be a better way for visitors to find their loved ones.

Wilbur, on the other hand, the groundsman, was absolutely amazing. He happened to be right there at the Garden of Peace where my brother is buried. He did his counting, looked at the map, and led me right to it. Then he cleaned the entire area of his plot! Due to recent rain, it was a mess. He was beyond helpful—it truly felt like he was an angel who showed up at the perfect time. I’m very grateful for him.“
