Purchased a new laptop from Best Buy on Thursday July 10. I believe I got home and got it all set up. I do daytrading I need to do to run a specific app. It did not work with the app. I called the geek squad. They connected me with India for four hours and the geek squad rep in India told me that there was something wrong with the app. It wasn't the laptop which I wasn't buying so I went back to the store and explain what was going on to the girl that helped me there in the order in store after she ran her test. She says the laptop is more designed for graphics than for what I need it for not the laptop is a bad laptop is just not for what I was using it for so she recommended...read full review
