I received the technical information I was seeking so I would know if my 11 year old tv should/could be repaired or if it should be replaced. I was able to get this info from this company even though they did not end up repairing my tv. I am very thankful to them and I highly recommend contacting this company if you're in the need.

I went to Rapid Mobile at their Chatsworth location to have my iPod classic battery replaced. John was very helpful and got it done in less than an hour. Very satisfied with the result!

I called to see if Rapid Mobile could repair a speaker issue. My speaker had started buzzing because of what I thought was the connector to my computer. It turned out there was more to it than that which is no surprise as this system is at least 15 years old. First, I was happy to speak to someone right away, no voice mail. John picked up the call immediately. Second, to clarify what I was having a problem with, he asked me to send photos, which I did. He then called me back and advised me to just replace the speakers as it would cost less than the repair. I really appreciated his advice as I was willing to pay for the repair. He'd looked up the model number for me and said I could replace the speakers for less than what it would cost to replace the wire and the audio connection. He said he'd run across this problem many times and the buzzing is caused by a short in the wire.If I need more electronic work done, I'll call John! Very honest and friendly person. Thanks!
