“Local to Downtown LA, the owner, Ben, handled the service I needed immediately. Ben responded to my inquiry, explained the issue to me after reviewing the gate opener, and provided a resolution. The job was done professionally, as it did not impede the driveway traffic, left the area clean after service was rendered, and provided pictures of the completed job.”
“After 17 years managing an apartment building in Sherman Oaks, plus a single-family property nearby, I've been through more garage vendors than I can count, and none of them ever quite fixed the problem for good.
Then I met All Garage Doors and Gates at a Sherman Oaks community event. I lamented with them about my garage troubles, and they were lovely from the start. The next time our building's garage acted up, I called them. They were prompt, reasonable, and easy to work. Bonus - their invoicing system is very simple.
Then yesterday, the garage motor at my single-family property took its last breath. I told them yesterday morning, and by mid-afternoon Aidan was on-site with a quote (which was surprisingly affordable) and they're back today to install the new motor. Fast, painless, and exactly what you want from a vendor.
So glad I finally found these guys!”
