One of the smartest things I've done as a homeowner was to have Benitez Wrought Iron fencing installed around my home. I've never had to deal with wood rot or warping which can be very expensive and time consuming over the years. Not to mention that the look of wrought iron certainly elevated my homes curb appeal.As a repeat customer I can highly recommend Benitez Wrought Iron for any ironwork, fences, railings etc. Many years ago Oscar installed a wrought iron fence around my entire front yard that included two gates. We had a custom curved iron staircase in our house, but it was very ornate and not our style. Oscar came to look at the staircase and we discussed using the framing part of the staircase or a brand new one. After considering the cost differences, we opted to go with the same frame. We were considering different options and Oscar created a very professional mockup that impressed me so much! (And sent it quickly) Oscar was timely getting out multiple quotes depending on our decision and was upfront on the timing and when we could expect to have the work completed. Oscar and his crew did a fantastic job of recreating and matching the existing design of an original 1930s iron stair rail that was damaged. Throughout each step of the process the communication was great- from the initial estimate to the removal of the damaged rail, to the installation of the new rail. I recommend him highly for any wrought iron needs.
