All around, the front staff makes a big difference. Devinn's orientation, the workout and the technology. The workout is easy to follow. I got real luck, because my first instructor was Kalli who has great energy! I had one workout where my rower didn't capture my data. That was a big bummer and I hope they can fix that. I think long term if the data didn't capture, I would reduce my score to a 8 or 7. Overall, this location is well-run, clean and a great vibe. I was hesitant with all the monitors, but after orientation with Devinn, I was comfortable.

I joined orange theory about 2 years ago and started off with 4 classes a month but quickly upgraded to the unlimited membership because I feel in love with the amazing workout and most importantly the supportive, fun and comfortable environment the staff and coaches create. I have never been a fan of working out and could never find the motivation to reach my workout/health goals but ever since I started going to orange theory I have been highly motivated and look forward to going.I also want to add that Ive been to several of the different studios but the Redwood City location is by far my favorite because the staff is always kind, accommodating and I love all the coaches...read full review

Orange Theory Fitness on Woodside is by far the BEST one we've attended ((my daughter and I have gone to many locations around the U.S.) Everyone notices and compliments me on my body transformation from OTF! Devin's awesome energy at front desk is pleasantly contagious. The coaches are AMAZING (Thanks to Jen, Gabby, Eva, Kali, & Mark) your workouts are addicting!! LOVE the lighting and crisp sound system!!
