Tajean is amazing at offering lots of encouragement to several people while simultaneously assisting an individual with proper form or a needed modification. He always radiates positive energy!
I started strength training a year ago to preserve bone and muscle. The gym is mellow, relatively quiet and anyone there is focused and working. The coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to find alternatives for older adults.
