My experience with Matty at More Than Fitness PT has been great! I started several months ago with the goal of increasing muscle and strength in a safe and injury-free manner. As a woman in her 50's with previous injuries, that's no small order. But Matty has delivered! He even makes it fun, or as fun as it can be, I should say. I honestly feel stronger and am so happy that I took the plunge and called Matty. He set me up with an assessment and from there I purchased 5 training sessions. I had been working out at 24 Hour Fitness on my own for months but not seeing any real improvement. Matty makes it easy for me to stay motivated and to keep getting stronger.
I highly recommend Matty as a personal trainer. Matty is very knowledgeable and the training was robust and targeted. I was much stronger within weeks of working with him. More importantly (for me), his energy was infusing and motivating. Matty's style is focused and professional, but he's warm, playful and funny. It doesn't feel like work while you're training, but I promise you leave sore. Matty genuinely cares about his clients- from nutrition, to goal-setting to mindset. I'd leave sessions feeling not only worked, but also more confident and built up. Pricing, best you'll find. Quality, awesome. Go get swoll! Thank you, Matty!
Matty is an awesome coach! My son, a teenager, is not a sports kid. After a few lessons with Matty, he is now in love with fitness! My son sees Matty at least twice a week and he always asks for extra classes when he has spare time. I am very happy to see the great changes he has made in the past few months. Thank you Matty, you are the best!
