Blood Draw at Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center is well-regarded for its kind and helpful staff, from the financial department to the nurses and doctors. The facilities are modern, clean, and easy to navigate, thanks to clear signs and friendly personnel. The center's app is appreciated for its convenience in checking appointments, paying copays, and checking in. Dr. Michele Jehensen and Dr. Amita Goyal, MD are acknowledged as excellent doctors, particularly for those experiencing extreme or lingering headaches. Dr. Levin and his team are praised for their attentiveness, consideration, care, and compassion during nerve testing. While some patients may find the testing uncomfortable, the professionalism and competence of the staff remain highly regarded. The lab offers a simple process with gentle staff and prompt service, allowing patients to be in and out quickly, often within 15 minutes. Many reviews highlight that lab visits for blood draws are handled kindly and professionally, with short wait times. However, it is noted that securing desired appointment dates may be difficult due to a high volume of patients, leading to longer waits. Despite this, the overall impression of the center is positive, with many recommending it as a good place for medical care.
The medical team was highly professional and attentive. They carefully explained the donation procedure, answered all my questions, and ensured that I felt comfortable before, during, and after the donation. I appreciated how calmly and efficiently everything was handled, which helped make the experience stress free.
Another thing I appreciated was the strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. All equipment appeared properly sanitized, and the staff followed professional health and safety procedures at every step. The donation area was well maintained and designed to make donors feel relaxed and cared for.
Visit to RWC clinic lab was amazing! Although busy at 1pm, I was seen right away, was treated with excellent professionalism, blood was drawn efficiently, labels checked thoroughly, and was released. Wait was probably 5 minutes at most!!!!
The “LAB” had amazing staff, phlebotomists, nurses, and tech, they were all very kind and wonderful to me. Marisa the nurse was wonderful as well. I get woozy and have a hard time with bloodwork but they made it easy despite my body’s response. They were super kind accommodating and gentle and very helpful!
