The spa itself is beautifully set up and decorated--welcoming and peaceful from the moment you walk in. The lighting immediately immerses you in a calming spa atmosphere. Bitali was both professional and warm. The experience begins with changing into a towel-wrapped top and sitting down for a hair analysis, where she shows you the health of your hair and scalp before and after. The treatment bed was comfortable and soothing, enhanced by the warm water, detox treatment, and nourishing hair masks. The products smelled amazing, and the package I chose also included a neck and arm massage with essential oils that were incredibly relaxing. My hair was left soft, refreshed, and smelling wonderful thanks to the top-quality products she used. Beyond the treatment itself, I truly appreciated that Bitali is faith-based--scriptures and Bible verses welcomed me as I entered, which made me feel I was meant to be there.
