“I can’t speak highly enough about this gym. I’ve been working with Johnny Jimenez aka Johnny Swole since July 2023. He helped me and my girlfriend get in the best shape of our lives for a fitness photo shoot done at SMTF Redlands this past October. We then continued to train with Johnny and he got us ready for a bodybuilding competition on March 30 of this year—we both won several medals and trophies! This facility fosters such a great atmosphere, the trainers are friendly and the equipment is excellent. They have plenty of machines and weights, from beginner to advanced. More equipment than sufficient! Plenty of space to train and everything is kept clean. The lighting and mirrors are awesome in this gym and there are plenty of spaces to practice posing, do some stretching, or take the obligatory gym selfies. They even have a refrigerator in case you need to store some meal prep food temporarily. Bathrooms are also clean and well stocked. I enjoy coming to this gym because I know I’m going to get a solid workout. I highly recommend this gym!”
