My first labor had many complications.. so I went to her because they wanted to induce me again, and that's where all my complications occurred from with my 1st one. “If you're looking for a trainer who gets you real results, Kacy is your guy. He absolutely knows how to push you right to the edge, but also knows when not to. If you're injured, run down, or just not 100%, he may throw a fist at you (kidding), adjust, and still find a way to keep you moving forward. You might complain mid-set. You might question your life choices during your workout. But you'll leave stronger, more confident, and weirdly excited to come back. “Last week I called Dr Janeshak asking him if he knew a doctor that could check my dog. She’s 12 years old and she jumped off the Ottoman (like she has for the last 12 years) and she could barely walk, she would get up, try to walk the back half of her body would fall over. I first took her to the pet hospital, they took x-rays, saw there was no broken bones, and gave her some medication for the pain. They suggested a MRI in the future since they suspected that she might have a slip disc. I then decided to call Dr Janishek. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Dr Janishek was the one that could help my dog. He adjusted her tiny little bones and did some laser. Within a few hours she was still limping around, but her balance improved, and the back part of her body was not flipping over to the side,
anymore. Yesterday we went back for another laser, treatment and adjustment. And today she’s walking almost completely normal again. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!“

“Can say many good things about Conquer. The staff truly cares about everyone who comes through the door. It was a blessing to be apart of this gym. The facility is clean with great workout equipment. Group sessions are fun. You get to know everyone there, it’s like a family. Honestly I looked forward to seeing and workout with the other gym members. The open gym is nice as well to go and do your own thing. No matter your fitness level, there is a place for you at this gym. They are so welcoming and supportive. 10/10 recommend!“
