“5/5!<br>So this is what they call a Semi-private gym. You can either pay the gym a membership fee to get a certain level of access or pay a personal trainer to train with.<br>I have been training here for a little over 2 years. If you train with a PT here, YMMV. The trainer you have really makes or breaks your experience. As with many of these types of gym. It is a bit difficult to choose or even know which PTs train here as the website does not list them all and the front doors are now locked so it might be difficult to just walk in and inquire about services here. I would suggest checking out their social media first to contact them.<br>The first trainer I trained with here was fine but I eventually met Kalie and switched over to her. And OMG what a world of a difference. Kalie is knowledgeable, prepared, consistent, and most importantly empathetic. As a woman, I needed a PT that would not villainize food/sugar, provide honest feedback while normalizing our bodies, but keeping me on track with my personal fitness goals. Her approach is truly personalized and she leads with compassion and heart. Kalie is also so reliable and consistent with scheduling which is something I prioritized and needed as a full time working mom. I highly recommend Kalie!”

“Last week I called Dr Janeshak asking him if he knew a doctor that could check my dog. She’s 12 years old and she jumped off the Ottoman (like she has for the last 12 years) and she could barely walk, she would get up, try to walk the back half of her body would fall over. I first took her to the pet hospital, they took x-rays, saw there was no broken bones, and gave her some medication for the pain. They suggested a MRI in the future since they suspected that she might have a slip disc. I then decided to call Dr Janishek. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Dr Janishek was the one that could help my dog. He adjusted her tiny little bones and did some laser. Within a few hours she was still limping around, but her balance improved, and the back part of her body was not flipping over to the side,<br>anymore. Yesterday we went back for another laser, treatment and adjustment. And today she’s walking almost completely normal again. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!”
