“5/5!<br>So this is what they call a Semi-private gym. You can either pay the gym a membership fee to get a certain level of access or pay a personal trainer to train with.<br>I have been training here for a little over 2 years. If you train with a PT here, YMMV. The trainer you have really makes or breaks your experience. As with many of these types of gym. It is a bit difficult to choose or even know which PTs train here as the website does not list them all and the front doors are now locked so it might be difficult to just walk in and inquire about services here. I would suggest checking out their social media first to contact them.<br>The first trainer I trained with here was fine but I eventually met Kalie and switched over to her. And OMG what a world of a difference. Kalie is knowledgeable, prepared, consistent, and most importantly empathetic. As a woman, I needed a PT that would not villainize food/sugar, provide honest feedback while normalizing our bodies, but keeping me on track with my personal fitness goals. Her approach is truly personalized and she leads with compassion and heart. Kalie is also so reliable and consistent with scheduling which is something I prioritized and needed as a full time working mom. I highly recommend Kalie!”
“I’ve been going to VPT for about a month. I have been attending the small group classes that have at the most 8 clients in a session. This gives the instructor time for critiques and helpful suggestions which is really helpful in this journey. I am getting stronger and feeling better about myself which I’m so thankful for.<br><br>I also have been working with Justin in PT for my neuropathy and balance. I have definitely seen improvement and can’t wait to see my outcome!”
“Can say many good things about Conquer. The staff truly cares about everyone who comes through the door. It was a blessing to be apart of this gym. The facility is clean with great workout equipment. Group sessions are fun. You get to know everyone there, it’s like a family. Honestly I looked forward to seeing and workout with the other gym members. The open gym is nice as well to go and do your own thing. No matter your fitness level, there is a place for you at this gym. They are so welcoming and supportive. 10/10 recommend!”
“If you're looking for a trainer who gets you real results, Kacy is your guy. He absolutely knows how to push you right to the edge, but also knows when not to. If you're injured, run down, or just not 100%, he may throw a fist at you (kidding), adjust, and still find a way to keep you moving forward. You might complain mid-set. You might question your life choices during your workout. But you'll leave stronger, more confident, and weirdly excited to come back. Workouts are efficient, challenging, and goal-driven, and I've seen real progress since training with him. If you want someone who will keep you accountable while actually listening to your body, I highly recommend him.”

She's makes intentional interactions with each lesson that walks into the office. Dr. Waterman know his stuff! His appointments are fast and I always leave refreshed. “I received a call from the Area Supervisor apologizing for the mask incident. I had wore a cloth mask and they required a surgical mask so i was not allowedtoparticipate. I accepted his apology and expressed my thanks and refrets aa well. I decided to renew my membership for March and have attended two classes so far. They offer cardio, core-strength training, balance exercises and wellness information. Classes are led by certified health coaches to guide you on how to safely use the equipment. I have a tailored routine at my skill level and goal (very low impact). They use a programmable key fob with my stats that I insert into each machine. I am able to focus on my upper and lower body and limbs during each workout. There is a whole monthly list of in-person and online activities, even arts and crafts and cooking videos. I will post the calendar next time.”
