I won‘t air my disappointment here because I made it clear to Steve (manager) that he as well as his staff are inadequate to provide home care services to the community of Redding, California. I was previously an employee of Dignity St. Vincent’s Portland, Oregon, and have been a medical professional in numerous capacities, one being home care director. I can assure you from a professional standpoint, as well as my personal experience today, this agency isn’t going to services your needs adequately. Unreliable hospice care. When you need help, this company will fail you. Some days no one shows up, and no one calls. Nurses and home care aides do a fine job- BUT management of scheduling is terrible and RUDE when you call to see if anyone is coming out on your SCHEDULED days. If you can- hire Nessa Home Care/ Redding. They are fantastic, compassionate and VERY reliable!
