They were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring - always one step ahead in making sure every need was met.

I have been under the care of these men and women for over 3 years and I can say that they are the best Home health i have encountered in redding. Other companies would never be on time and these nurses call or text when they are even 15 minutes late. Recently had a problem with supplies being ordered and the office to care of it all. I have had amazing experiences with all of them and they are very kind considerate and extremely helpful.
As we await our loved one to pass away I sit here and think of the people from Mercy Hospice that have been here for us. I kidded that I was waiting for just one bad seed to show up so I could say you guys aren’t perfect. That seed never showed up. Just angels showed up who obviously love the work they do and the patients they deal with. This whole experience would have been so much harder without you all helping us. Thank you Christine, Nicole, Kelsey, Melissa, Andrew, Bryon and people on the other end of the phone when I called. If I’ve missed any names I apologize but know I thank you one and all.
