He gave me options that were easy to understand, and when they weren’t, he answered my questions well. When I went back in because my screen had stopped working on my new phone, the warranty would have covered a new screen, but unfortunately the temporary screen he had placed, I cracked, and the warranty became void. He still gave me options, and let me cancel the order despite him putting in the time to order a specific original part for my phone. I’m sure I’ll be back again as I am going against his advice to get my cracked screen repaired asap with the original part, but for now am satisfied with the new phone as is.
