I found Phonebulance online. They saved me much money compared to the Apple Store or other third-party solutions. They were courteous, showed up when promised, and fixed my daughter's phone in 15 minutes. While I hope not to have to get smartphones repaired again, I will be sure to use Phonebulance if I have to. Plus, their cars with flashing lights are fantastic. Excellent business concept - I hope they succeed.
I can’t say enough about this company. I dropped my iPhone twice in the past week cracking the back glass. Phonebulance came out within 24 hours to fix it both times. Very convenient coming to your house.
Called on a Sunday morning for a cracked screen. Responded really quick for a afternoon appointment. Got to my house on time and then phone was fixed in about 30 min. Tech that came was congenial and professional. We would use them again if needed
