I had a great experience with Express Computers Fix. I brought in my son’s Chromebook after he accidentally sat on it and cracked the screen. Hector was upfront from the start, clearly explaining the cost and keeping me informed throughout the process.
The turnaround time was about a week, which I thought was very reasonable. Hector was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. The repair was done well, and the laptop is working perfectly again.

About a year or two ago when I lived near Express Fix Computers, I noticed that people couldn't hear me when I spoke on my cell phone. Some places I went to told me that it couldn't be repaired and I had to get a new phone (at a substantial cost).

However, Express Fix fixed it for a very reasonable price and within a very reasonable time. The phone still works!

Although I since moved to Costa Mesa, I remembered the above experience and that Express Fix also repaired laptops after my laptop screen was recently damaged.
