My wife and I contacted OC Elite Remodeling around the week of 9/29/2024 to remodel our kitchen, family room with the possibility of the backyard and house windows ( about 15 windows.) Tony came out right away within a day or two, took measurements and we discussed the project. Tony was very professional and kind. He suggested many things such as design and material and mentioned that the company had a deal for about $27,974.00 to remodel a kitchen that fits the parameters of OC Elite Remodeling parameters. My wife and I were very happy. We felt confident with the company. Tony also provided us with a few previous testimonials from previous customers to call for reference. 1st experience In the process, we asked Tony about the windows and if they could give us a good deal on the windows. We already had an estimate from Home Depot, but since they advertise to beat anyone's price, we thought of asking them. Sadly, the company would not lower and beat Home Depot's price as they themselves had advertised, it was only a $2,000.00 difference between Home Depot and them.(OC Elite Remodeling) Now it has come to our attention that this company is dishonest or they promise/advertise something that they don't intend on doing. My wife and I started to be attentive to what the company or its representatives communicated to us 2nd experience We had originally picked a tile that cost $5.93 / square foot. Then, during the shopping process, we liked another tile and we picked it that cost $3.99 a square foot. For some reason, I still don't understand the cost of picking the 2nd Tile @ $3.99 a square foot ended up costing more ($1675.80) . When we brought this to Tony's attention, he explained that the second tile does not include adhesive material, etc., but the first tile @ $5.93 a square foot does include all material. (our experience is when you see an advertisement for a tile , it usually does not include any adhesive material, grout, spacers, etc. and so how come the first tile $ 5.93 included all these things, does not make sense, but we did not want to argue). 3rd experience This is the one that really bothered me. Through the process we asked Tony if they would paint and install or paint doors, and Tony said yes. We were thinking of painting all our interior doors but Tony said it is better to paint because it's a similar cost. Laurence told Tony to get the doors from home depot, and he responded that " home depot doors are "dingy" and cheap doors. We install better doors. Well when the day came to install the doors I noticed that the doors had a label on them from Home Depot, I mentioned it to one of his workers and showed him the label and told him what Tony had said. I felt lied to and cheated. Please be made fully aware that this review is reviewing the company. Would we recommend OC Elite Remodeling? No Above all, Tony and Kash worked very hard specially with our changing of mind few times , Tony is a patient man , and Kash as well. I have been looking for someone in RSM area that could revive my flat curls and brighten my hair for the summer. I came across Doris's yelp page and was so impressed with all of the reviews, I had to message her for an appointment. First we started with a cut, she completely transformed my hair from flat and dull to voluminous defined curls. Then we set up another appointment and she added the most beautiful blonde highlights that melt perfectly into my hair. Not only is she really talented when it comes to hair, but we had such lovely conversations the whole time for both my appointments. Her studio is so comfortable and she has luxury hair products that are worth every penny. I'm definitely sending my mom and sisters to Doris for their next hair transformations!

We have been going to this barbershop for almost 2 years now and we love our community. Kim is an excellent barber. We always go to her. She's very honest if she thinks that something will work or not work and we always end up liking it. it is a very busy barbershop, so be prepared to wait, but it will all be worth it.
Tracy is absolutely amazing! I had my first tan in 8 years and it came out PERFECT. I even had to go back later that day because it was so hot the day I had my appt and some sweat caused streaks. Not only was she SO responsive when I texted her, she made time for me to come back in (when it was 100% not her fault) and fixed it without even telling anything happened. Amazing nail studio in Mission Viejo! I came from out of town for a wedding and had a broken nail, but the salon was very gracious in accepting a walk in and fixed it within 5 minutes. Ben was very friendly and hospitable, and I really appreciate their service. They really turned my entire day around!!! I will come here next time I’m in town for a full set!

I recently stopped by Elegant Nails and Spa in Santa Margarita and was pleasantly surprised. The salon is spacious, with lots of pedicure chairs and tons of nail colors and designs to choose from. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.
I got a gel manicure and pedicure, and both turned out great. The attention to detail was impressive, and they didn’t rush through anything. I also loved that they offer complimentary snacks and drinks (including wine!) and have a wide range of beauty services, which makes it easy to plan a full self-care day here.
Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for quality work and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

I highly recommend them for your heater issue. My heater was not working and I called them and spoke to a nice lady and she got me scheduled right away. Divon was the tech that came out and was on time, very polite and informative. He was able to fix it quickly and gave me some suggestions, like changing my air filter every 6 months.
Steven did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets, sofa and rug. I was amazed at how well it all turned out. He was in and out at the time he said he would be and he was also super knowledgeable and explained a lot of the process which I appreciated. Highly recommend him and his cleaning services.

This review is for Dr Hawkins at Precision Chiropractic. She is very knowledgeable on the Blair technique and great to work with. She made accommodations to see me above and beyond, when I was in pain. She is responsive, knowledgeable and her treatment works! If you know Blair technique, then you either know or have heard of, Dr Alfred Tomp. Absolute legend! His passing was way too soon and left a void in so many lives out there. I myself was so sad, because he was such a great person. But he also kept me physically in good shape, taking such good care of me. I was pretty sacred quite frankly on what to do, or where to go in his absence. I started to have issues with my body and could tell I needed his services. I looked around at other places, but nothing felt right to me, until I connected with Dr Hawkins. She uses the same techniques, the same scientific approach that is methodical, and based on years of research. My last 2 checkups have been with her and I honestly am feeling great!

I finally found a great chiropractor here in Rancho Santa Margarita that takes my insurance as well! Nice interior facilities and Rick is super friendly and has super strong thumbs! He's been very flexible about taking me earlier than the scheduled times and has great communication. I've had to crack my neck almost daily before but I feel so much better so far and I trust Rick into making me feel better.
Dr Tomp is a lifesaver. My life was put on hold for 2-3 years due to a car injury to my neck. I saw 15 doctors including 4 other upper cervical chiropractors, and Dr Tomp was by far the best. He is the smartest neck doctor out there. More importantly, he genuinely cares about his patients and does everything he can to help them heal. I lifted something unexpectedly heavy the wrong way and wrecked my back, making pretty much any physical activity at all extremely difficult. When this didn't resolve itself at all on its own, a good friend of mine recommended CAP to me. Dr. Sanders was extremely personable and attentive, and after some specific adjustments, icing, and stretches, along with some time on a traction machine, I was completely pain-free just a few days later. I would return here for any similar problem--really, any sports or other injury at all!

The grooming was very well done and the service was incredible as well; all the while, pricing is very competitive with other grooming salons. I really enjoyed that communication via text is possible since I am not the best at hopping on the phone. It’s also lovely that it’s right on the lake and next to Starbucks so I can treat my dog to a pup cup and a walk after her haircut. My dog has been once for a nail trim and once for a full groom, and both were exceptional experiences. I only regret not trying this salon sooner.
Canyon Massage Therapy is heaven on earth. I would give it a billion stars! Imelda is a master of her craft, best of the best, extremely professional with amazing customer service. The experience is non to other. The vibroacoustic massage table is unreal. It transcends you to an out of body experience. I get therapy on a weekly basis and it’s all I look forward to in my work week. It keeps me going and I get tons of energy. I’ve never been so refreshed and energized after leaving. Once I discovered Thai massages, I can’t go back to “regular” massages ever again. I’ve only had this RSM experience as my reference point (I’ve been back at least 6 times) and one time in Chicago. It’s sooo good for getting knots out and stretches. I used to get 60 minutes full body but it always felt too short for me (never wanted it to end!) and now I get 90 minutes, which is perfect. If you’re not exposed to Thai massages (at least at this place), you lay on a mattress on the floor. There’s beams on the ceiling and the massage therapists step on your back and use their feet to massage. You can ask for various pressures. Then they transition to using their hands. The massage usually ends with some deep stretching. I’m a runner so I’ve recently been booking massages a few days after 15Ks or half marathons to work out my soreness and tightness, as I also love their stretching too. The room is nice, the atmosphere is professional, and the me massages always end with hot tea & pineapple in the lobby. I think it’s great value too! I always ask for medium pressure. Sometimes it could get “painful” but it’s soo relieving afterwards. I love coming here!! I booked another one after a July 4th 15K :) and thought to write a review!
I've been helped by this busy practice. In late May, I presented with a new condition (constant tingling in my upper back) as well as chronic neck and back pain from two long-ago car accidents. Today, I completed my 20th session over a two-month period (they started me off with 3 times per week). After meeting my annual Medicare deductible, my co-pay came to $22 per visit (which includes a cash discount). I'm happy to report that in just two months, chronic migraines have reduced in number by more than 50% and are also less intense. The individually-tailored exercise app has been a great incentive to keep up the exercises at home. In addition to decreased pain levels, my balance and mobility have improved and intermittent vertigo is gone. Julian's hands-on expertise helped me the most, by far; however, starting this month, having just added two additional physical therapists to his practice, he himself will no longer accept patients with insurance. Instead, he is offering a membership option, though unfortunately, it will cost me almost four times what I'm currently paying out-of-pocket per visit. He's definitely worth it, but my budget constraints may not be able to accommodate the change, should I need to resume therapy. The staff is friendly and the aides are caring and patient. Office is clean, conveniently located, and the parking is ample and free.
