I recently accompanied my son Isaiah to a consultation with Justin Brown at RSM Physical Therapy. I must say, Justin's professionalism, expertise, and personable approach made our experience incredibly positive. He demonstrated great skill and understanding during the consultation, making us feel both comfortable and well-informed. I have been doing therapy at RSM since 2015 my first hip replacement Best customer service keep going back 2018 rotator cuff therapy left shoulder 2023 rotator cuff right shoulder and still the best therapy place to go you feel very welcomed and everyone is friendly highly recommended the Best customer service from my experience.
