Allison and the team inside the office are absolutely amazing. The guidance you receive from Jeff and Tim as an employee on how to take care of our customers and always go above and beyond for each and every one of them is second to none. It's such a blessing to be employed by this company and to grow along with them.

I have been with JR Putnam for a long time and have witnessed the management changes. In their present incarnation, the weak point is their office staff. Messages do not get conveyed between the call center and dispatch. It's hard to get through, difficult to get an appointment and even harder to specify a workable day and time for service. Also, I can understand that in this business you make your money through big ticket items and diversification. Nevertheless, for the customer it is all about the TECHNICIAN. If you like and trust your tech, you will stay with the service. And this is why I have done so. Chris was the best of the best! Nick and Ben are both young men I trust to do a thorough job and give me credible advice concerning my AC/HC unit. This has been JR Putnam's selling point. Let's see if they will manage to nurture and sustain it.

I'm not sure why they have poor reviews but our technician. Derrick helped us with our AC unit. We had another company prior and didn't do a thing. Derrick listened to our concerns and fixed the problem with in minutes. He said that if that didn't fix the problem, to call him and he would come back out. Thanks Derrick!
