Phoenix Pet Center in Ramona is a great place for pet owners. Gina, the caring owner, works wonders with pets during grooming sessions. From Rag dolls to Miniature Dauchunds and Huskies, the results are always fantastic. A Heeler with aggressive behavior had its nails done stress-free, and even pets that are anxious or aggressive go through grooming quickly and calmly. The staff is very kind and gentle, making sure pets are comfortable and cared for. The center’s attentive and loving care makes it a popular spot for grooming needs, especially for pets with special needs or anxiety.

I cannot recommend Phoenix Pet Center enough! From the moment I first brought Koda& Alaska my huskies, I was blown away by her kindness and professionalism. She has an incredible talent for grooming and truly understands how to make each pet feel comfortable and loved. If you're looking for a groomer who is not only skilled but also compassionate and dedicated, look no further than Phoenix pet center. I can’t say enough good things about her—she is simply the best!

My dog had awful scabby skin, especially around her paws despite our best efforts of washing her@home and flea meds and different balms.
After 1 trip to Phoenix, her skin is beautiful and soft again. It's like night and day i couldn't believe it. Its been over a week and her skin is still looking great!
My dog is extremely anxious and aggressive against other dogs. I took him to get his nails trimmed and she had them done in less than an hour, she also made arrangements so that there would be less dogs there so that he wouldn’t be as stressed out. Won’t be going anywhere else from here on out!
