From day one, she was incredibly attentive, and provided great advice as to what puppy to select, and was quick to jump on a phone call to answer questions from the start. Even though my dog is a unique breed she is knowledgeable and has experience working with sighthounds so she has provided amazing advice as to her development and care. She has always been incredibly responsive — always quick to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer reassurance when I need it most. She doesn’t just understand dog training; she deeply understands service dog work, handler needs, and how to build a reliable, confident working team.
What impresses me most is how intuitive and patient she is with my dog. She reads canine behavior so naturally and adjusts training methods to fit both me and my dog. Every session feels thoughtful, structured, and purposeful, yet positive and encouraging. My dog has grown tremendously in skill, focus, and confidence thanks to her expertise and guidance.
Beyond her technical skill, she genuinely cares, and prepared a thoughtful training plan specifically tailored to my disability. She has always made me feel that she is fully invested in our success. “I can't thank Aspire Dog Training (and Paul and Britta) enough for their help, support, guidance and most of all training for our German Shepard. Our GS is not like the ones you see on Instagram, snuggling with kittens. With their help, we have been able to let our GS live her best life but have her well mannered and obedient when necessary.“
