She is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Every training session was valuable—not only for our puppy Toffee, but also for me and my two kids. We all learned something new each time, and Christine always took the time to explain the reasoning behind the training methods in a way that was easy to understand and apply at home.

One thing we especially appreciated was that she occasionally brought her shepherd dog to our sessions. Having such a well-trained dog demonstrate behaviors and interactions was really helpful for Toffee and for us as owners.

Our puppy has mastered simple commands like sit, stay, and come. Pilar takes the time to understand what motivates each dog (in our case, treats!) and uses that to encourage positive behavior in a way that's effective and fun. “Professional. It was busy because it was a Saturday. A few emergency last minute add ons. The communication was clear that they were busy and I did not feel neglected nor did our appointment time run too long. We were still in and out within about 45 minutes for a vet tech visit to get vaccinations for my dog. Shelley, Manny, & Dr. Wilcox are friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. Thank you all. “The vet was very understanding on Pepes needs and action on his itching needs and bumps on forehead and prescribed special wipes to help with the facial itch and future plans if not succesful. Very happy on points build up to help cover Pepe visit.“

“I am a new customer and they chose to give my dog individual playtime for his two day stay. They sent me a daily report telling me how was doing. It sounded like he was having fun! They even included several pictures of him with the staff during his stay.
Overall I think my dog loved his stay here. He will be going again soon while I go on vacation.

“Worked with Maryna for a five day reverse board and train with our 4 month old cattle dog. He is very fearful of strangers and she was kind and patient with him. She provided daily pictures, videos and updates. He has a long way to go but we already are seeing improvements!“
