“I had went to drop off my car at the mechanic shop across the street so I had time to spare. I came to the studio and had a wonderful experience. I practice at home so it's been awhile since I went to class. Awesome community based studio for the locals.”
“An absolute must try.Yoga is so beneficial physically and mentally. I always leave feeling a million times better than when I walked in.Shannon and her team are the best. They are super friendly and make everyone feel right at home. The music playlists always keep me pumped. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time or you are a pro, they give options for both, but keep the class moving as a team. The location is conveniently located, plenty of parking, and the studio is clean.”
“I was injured during a restraint working in a juvenile hall. I injured my L4-L5 disc and the doctors urged me to have an operation to repair it. The pain for a year was relentless but through physical therapy and supplement changes I was able to regain a portion of my health back but still lived with pain low to moderate pain every day and some days it would flare up again and I'd have to sit in my lazy boy chair for 3 days waiting for the pain to ease. Then Dr. Dewald offered me a free shockwave therapy session to see how it would work for me. Since the very first time I received the therapy my pain has been gone. I'm not going to ever have my health back the way it was before the injury but to not be in debilitating pain every day is an absolute blessing. I've been pain free for a year and get the shockwave treatment every 5 weeks. Anyone suffering from chronic pain I would highly recommend the treatment to end your pain and suffering. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they plan a treatment that targets your specific needs”
