Overall pleasant experience. Even arriving before they opened, it took about 2 hours to be seen & treated, pretty typical for urgent care. The RN and NP were friendly, compassionate, and thorough. I just wish the Poway center had an on-site pharmacy to make things even easier.
Nurse and Dr Najand were fabulous. Nurse was very friendly. The doctor was very thorough with her examination and listened to all of my concerns. It takes a while - but that is the way urgent care is, especially when your primary is booked solid. Good experience for being pretty sick.
I am a frequent flyer at this urgent care due to my work schedule. I have never had a problem at this urgent care. I am always treated with respect & leave satisfied with getting what I need.
I've also almost always taken my kids here, sometimes to confirm broken bones, etc.
We all have always been taken very good care of by all the staff & providers. This location is convenient to me & I am glad they are so close to me.
