I was genuinely impressed with their professionalism all around.Precision Air installed a three-way Mitsubishi mini split system. This was a first-rate experience all around. Michael the sales guy was honest and explained the system well. He sent a fully itemized quote a couple of hours after he left.The crew was out the next day after I accepted the contract. They took three full days to install. Everyone was very neat and personable. A crew of three was in for the entire installation, with a couple of specialists occasionally on site.I highly recommend them.

Precision Air Inc is an excellent company to deal with. Pricing was very competitive and the installation team went out of their way to protect our home as they did their work. We're very happy with our new central heating and air conditioning system. Michael, Marco, Jorge, Felipe and Eduardo are the best.Thanks guys.

It was the hottest day of the year and our air conditioner started making loud noises like a bad bearing. I was facing open heart surgery the following week and was trying to remain as calm as I could awaiting the procedure. This was not helping! I called Precision Air (A company I had used previously) and was surprised they could get a tech out that very day. Sam showed up assessed the situation (a bad fan motor), and in under 2 hours (despite having to tear the whole thing apart to get to the motor) it was all good. Really nice guy, and meticulous in his work. Highly recommend Sam and Precision.
