The staff, including front desk personnel, custodial staff, instructors, and personal trainers, are recognized for being polite, caring, and cheerful. Recent renovations are anticipated to improve the space further, with hopes for additional features like Pickleball courts. The gym is not usually crowded, making it a popular choice for those living in the Poway area. Overall, it is recommended for its variety of group classes and friendly environment.
I have aquatic physical therapy here.m at Spine and Sports inside 24 hours fitness. And I love it!! Its such a good class. It helps with back problems bad nerves and arthritis. The workout areas are extensive and the staff members are courteous and friendly. 5 stars for spine and sports physical therapy inside 34 hour fitness!
Good news: August 16 - The lights in the yoga room have been fixed. Thank you management for stepping up and doing the right thing.
The LA Fitness in Poway, CA, was recently remodeled, which is great to see.
However, the ongoing lack of management and care for members is consistently bad.
Before the recent remodel, the lighting system in the aerobics/Yoga room was broken, and the lights could not be adjusted or turned off during Yoga. Anyone who has practiced Yoga knows that this is essential for truly enjoying a session.

Super clean fun atmosphere everything works basketball court is air conditioned but the pool is always full of old people doing some sort of class. My goto guy is :D Demetrio has the free merch.
