I submitted my request to AHS and was assigned Air Technology Company. They arrived to my home within two business days diagnosed my unit and returned with a new part the next day. My unit was repaired faster than I expected and was pleasantly surprised. Both Technicians Steve and Joel were professional, friendly and very competent. My unit is now working without any issues.Service: Repair HVAC

Air Technology was dispatched to my home by First American. The appointment was quickly scheduled and communication was clear and efficient. Brandon and his helper came out to my house within the estimated service window and quickly began troubleshooting my heating problem. Although they had to come back the following day because the part they had with them had a factory defect, they arrived on-time and resolved my issue within 30-minutes. 5-stars to Brandon and Air Technology for being on-time (twice), knowledgable, friendly, hardworking, and putting on shoe covers to protect my floors! I'm surprised at the low reviews I've had only great service from these guys...they are over an hour away and they always arrive to the appts on time...very understanding office staff....go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of....sheila makes u smile even when the situation is less pleasant....
