Excellent service. Very professional and explained things very well. Had the summer service AC done for $75. The other company wanted $150 just to show up. Heat side on HVAC went out on our new to us home. Called my home warranty company and they sent Sam's. Replaced burnt transformer and installed new thermostat. Very professional and friendly. In and out in about an hour. Very satisfied. I plan on having them come back to clean and service the unit after the holidays.Services: Heating system maintenance

Sam went above and beyond - literally! I live in a remote area that can be difficult to access. Sam was willing to make the trip and was able to fix the issue! He was very patient dealing with the difficult home warranty company. Will be using him again for heating and AC needs!
