I've had Darren Carlin of Pacificwide Lending help out my clients and he is GREAT! Darren is hyper detail oriented and a very clear and constant communicator throughout and after a transaction. I've always been given a prompt response from Darren when I have questions and Darren is always there to offer clients great advice and help, even when it doesn't immediately help him out. I would strongly recommend calling Darren if you are looking for a loan of any size, a refi, etc.

Darren is the absolute best in the business. I had him fund 2 loans for me within the same year and he was able to do both no matter what obstacles were in the way. There are a ton of good lenders out there, but only a few great ones. Darren is a great one for sure!
