I highly recommend Jose and his team. Jose, discussed the lending process and requirements in detail. Jose, consistently communicated and updated us throughout the process. Jose and team we're amazing from start to finish! I wish everyone who needed a home loan could experience the level of satisfaction I did, from dealing with their level of expertise, professionalism and care as a lender. To give some context... I was going with a big name company that should change their name to stop-it-mortgage! They made me all these promises go with us we will close you in 21 days and how other would be 30-40 days, don't worry about the 20k closing cost it will go down (it didnt), 2 weeks till close they told me "you don't need a loan contingency" because your file is great... blah, blah, blah...only to have called me the day I was supposed to sign...read full review
