When I first started the process of refinancing my home, I could only think of one place that I wanted to go, and that was Cherry Creek Mortgage. They did my original loan when I bought my home back in 2010 so I was familiar with them. Unfortunately, the loan agent that I originally worked with no longer worked there so I turned to Claudia Kim. I'm so happy that I did! I'll first start by saying that Claudia was very thorough with her communication. She made sure that I understood the entire process and she would always be available to answer any questions that came up. She's super friendly and she's also very efficient.
