“My 10 month old Lenovo laptop that I use for work had a defected battery that was still under warranty. Serviceware and another vendor that was in my city was the only Lenovo authorized dealer that could do that work under the warranty. I reached out to the vendor in my city and Serviceware. Serviceware got back to me the next day, they are also 50 miles from me. I spoke with Justin and he was super nice and extremely helpful and provided all the guidance on what I needed to do while I wait for the battery to arrive at their shop. So based on their excellent customer service, I decided to go with them. I also dealt with Jenn and she was also extremely nice. They are extremely professional and I appreciate their sense of urgency attitude because they knew I wanted my laptop repaired asap. Serviceware also had an expedited service option, once the battery arrived I opted for the expedited service and paid 60.00, which is very reasonable. I made an appt and drove down to the shop, 35 minutes after I arrived my laptop was all done. Justin and Jenn-thank you so much, you guys really helped me immensely with my choatic and stressful situation.“

I was informed by another interested and helpful 3rd party that I might need toner and that I already had two cartridges behind my office door next to the vaccum cleaner. Bless their heart, they remembered and now I know! Total Computer Solutions is a good value because they told me up front that they do not provide the service. But I know who can... I know once I get toner installed I will have 50 duplicate print jobs from repeatedly smashing the Print button. Scratch paper right?????? Yeah, I know“
