Bella was very helpful over the phone, Derek and someone else at the shop helped me get out some stripped screws from my Nintendo Switch very quickly and were very friendly, highly recommend!

Then he took the time to go through all the repair options listing the pros, cons, and price of each. During the repair KC gave me calls to update me on the status and worked with me so the repair would be done in time for my school. KC gave me great service at every step of the process!
