My 10 month old Lenovo laptop that I use for work had a defected battery that was still under warranty. Serviceware and another vendor that was in my city was the only Lenovo authorized dealer that could do that work under the warranty. I reached out to the vendor in my city and Serviceware. Serviceware got back to me the next day, they are also 50 miles from me. I spoke with Justin and he was super nice and extremely helpful and provided all the guidance on what I needed to do while I wait for the battery to arrive at their shop. If you need help with your apple device, stop looking and just go here. My iphone wouldn't hold a charge or turn on. Justin and team were awesome and had it juiced up and working again in no time. Nice, professional service, and in a very relaxed location - no apple store chaos. Highly recommend.
