I had been hesitant to upgrade to a desperately needed computer for fear of losing all the contents that I had accumulated over 17 years. I feared that i would lose files in an attempt to convert to a new system. The ENT Networks technical expert that did the tricky conversion was incredible. Not a single email, document, or file was lost. He was patient, wanting to ensure that i was comfortable with the transfer, answered all my questions in simple language, and worked very fast. i have the same gratitude for the support staff. Every call is answered by a live, friendly person and if an answer isn't readily available, a return call is made promptly. I wish I had acted sooner. If you've been wanting to upgrade your system but are nervous about loss or corruption in the transition - you have every reason to put those doubts into the very capable hands of ENT Networks. That's a team that knows what they're doing!
