“I called 4 gutter cleaning services (including this one) in the last week for my elderly moms home in San Ramon. She needed her gutters cleaned badly and she was nervous about getting any roof damage (since they have to go on the roof), and she also wanted to make sure the gutters were cleaned out really well- & that it wasn't a half a$$ job. After speaking with Howard Bass, the owner of House Prep, and asking him several questions, I felt that they would be the best choice for my moms house. They were booked out 2 weeks and I asked him to call me if they got a cancellation. I was so happy to get a call yesterday from Howard saying that there was a change in their schedule, and now his partner Jeffrey could do it that same day. Howard assured me Jeffrey was the best. He wasn't kidding! Jeffrey came, and not only was he the nicest guy ever, he did such an amazing job! He was so thorough in the cleaning and took us to the back and front yard & showed us what needed to be repaired on the gutters. He also showed us the moss that was growing on the roof and explained what we needed to do (we didn't even notice - even though there was a lot! ). He just went over and beyond and it didn't go unnoticed. My mom loved him so much and was so happy with such great service from him she gave him a giant hug when he was leaving. I already told my mother- in -law and sister- in -law to use these guys when they need this service. I can't rave about them enough! Thank you Howard and Jeffrey for your amazing services! “This review is long overdue. I had cleaners scheduled to come to my place after spending a bit of time debating on whether their pricing was reasonable. When I finally booked for them to clean my home, they ended up being a no-show. I called ShineBrite, (not realizing how much closer to me they were which was a plus) and got a call back within a half hour from the owner Jesse. He was kind enough to stop by and check out my home for a quote within 15 minutes. I booked with them to clean my home and they did a very thorough job! I've booked with different cleaners in the past and was never fully satisfied with being a repeat customer with them, but after working with Jesse's team I was sold. These are some of the nicest people I've worked with and they do an excellent job! They've been in business for years, and know what they're doing. You won't regret booking with them and their recurring service packages make it really convenient so you don't have to worry about rescheduling. The employees are all friendly, professional, skillful and efficient at getting the jobs done in a timely manner. Ricardo is very attentive and quick to action with special requests. “Not everyone needs post construction cleaning so I wasn't even sure what I needed after our renovation. Kyle came out and walked the property with me and explained their services. He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. Given that the main thing with construction is dust, they explained that if any additional dust settled they would come back and address it. Overall a really great experience.“

“I would like to take a moment to speak about JF Cleaning Experts. First, I'd like to say I am so fortunate to have had them referred to me. I had TWO other companies prior to them and they didn't last a month, so when Fabie came to introduce her company, I instantly felt it was a match made in heaven. She was very professional, punctual and with clipboard in hand she was ready to go! I loved it! I like that fact that the co-owner of the company came to do the walk thru. She explained that as a company, they are licensed and bonded in the state of California and she has also done a background check. This tells me immediately that she takes her job very seriously and as she said, it's her business and her pride and joy! I loved it, we were off to a great start! She also took the time to review what type of products they use and made sure to ask if I wanted something different they would be glad to add to the supply list. With all these details and the warmth of Miss Fabie, I knew this was the company for me! That was almost a year ago and I have been so very happy ever since! Since day one they have done an excellent job, Fabie told me that the same people would come all the time and she was true to her word. I like that the same team always comes. I know the ladies now and they are all fantastic! They have never been late, the have always been punctual and they have been very dedicated to making me feel like I'm the only house that matters. Fabie runs her company magnificently. I love love the smell when they are cleaning. I trust them implicitly with everything in my home. I do not have to watch over them at all! They come in and boom it's a tight ship! We've been gone several times and I leave the key for her and there's never been a problem and that's the way it should be with someone you trust coming into your home to handle your things.
