Not everyone needs post construction cleaning so I wasn't even sure what I needed after our renovation. Kyle came out and walked the property with me and explained their services. He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything.
