He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. Given that the main thing with construction is dust, they explained that if any additional dust settled they would come back and address it. Overall a really great experience.“

I had TWO other companies prior to them and they didn't last a month, so when Fabie came to introduce her company, I instantly felt it was a match made in heaven. She was very professional, punctual and with clipboard in hand she was ready to go! I loved it! I like that fact that the co-owner of the company came to do the walk thru. I know the ladies now and they are all fantastic! They have never been late, the have always been punctual and they have been very dedicated to making me feel like I'm the only house that matters. Fabie runs her company magnificently. I love love the smell when they are cleaning. I trust them implicitly with everything in my home. I do not have to watch over them at all! They come in and boom it's a tight ship! We've been gone several times and I leave the key for her and there's never been a problem and that's the way it should be with someone you trust coming into your home to handle your things. They are excellent! Our house always looks spotless when they leave. And for the price, it is well worth it. All the ladies are courteous and nice and they make sure we are comfortable with what they are cleaning. I will definitely be utilizing their services again and again.
