I was really surprised that the first thing we did wasn't needles, but some stretches and exercises to activate my muscles in my shoulder and neck. From there, she began her treatment and it was honestly amazing. “I am a nurse practitioner, and whenever my kids have medical issues their providers have two patients to treat - my child and myself since my medical knowledge often intensifies my normal parent anxiety! I have called the nurse phone line at the GI clinic multiple times, and I am SO impressed with the nurses! Normally I don't feel any decrease in my anxiety until I get to talk with a nurse practitioner or doctor. These nurses have been exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and caring, and I've felt so much better after talking with them including Holly and Simony! I think the American health care system is increasingly prioritizing productivity over quality of care which makes it so much harder to do a good job in this field, and these nurses have done a truly outstanding job!!“

“I spent an hour or two per week at Center for Sports Medicine for the last 3 months and received fantastic treatment. My PT Ernie dialed in some exercises that had me recover from a cartilage injury in my knee, so much so that I didn't end up needing surgery. He gave me at-home work to do as well that furthered my recovery. I have been able to return to running pain free which seemed a total longshot before I started.
